When we were refurbishing the house, well that's a bit of an under statement, so when we gutted and rebuilt the house we tried to think at all times about you our holiday client, then we doubled or trebled it.

We have laid underfloor heating throughout the house,  every bedroom has its own temperature control, the whole house is double glazed so you will be as warm as toast.

The four bathrooms are all new, two with free-standing baths with a view and walk-in showers, one with a family bath the kids will love, and lastly a walk-in shower room.  We have installed the largest hot water cylinder we could find in the boiler room, so we are promised that constant hot water is a given.

The very spacious kitchen and dining room offers every item we could think of in abundance, key appliances are

• Double ovens
• Ceramic hobb
• Microwave
• Giant American style fridge freezer
• Mixers galore
• Drawers and drawers of crockery, serving platters, cupboards full of mugs and glasses
• and much much more

In the conservatory you are truly in the treetops of the forest around you. A glorious room to contemplate being at one with nature, or to listen to the bells of St Wyllow's just up the hill.  St. Wyllow's is a delight.  Daphne du Maurier thought so too, and married Boy Browning here in 1932.

The TV room is just what is says, a snug crammed with DVD's and games and flat screen TV.

For Timmy and his pals there is the centrally heated Canine Cabin with bespoke handmade bath and shower, and one heck of a dryer, so no excuses for muddy paws in the house.
