A Holiday At Treetops is not about anything other than you and your holiday.  Our prices include all linen, towels excluding beach/creek towels, heating when appropriate and dingy launching rights on the creek.

Booking Notes

Treetops is available for short breaks, normally outside the main holiday periods, rates are a percentage of the appropriate week rate as follows:-

3 nights- 70%

4 nights- 80%

5 nights- 90%

For all bookings a 25% deposit of the total holiday cost is payable at the point of booking.

We require a £250 damage/ canine deposit.  The deposit will cover the unlikely eventuality that either you have not pampered your pooches in their Canine Cabin thus our cleaning team have an addional workload, or they have not been as well behaved as you promised at booking.

The house will be available from 4pm, it may be possible to agree a baggage drop arrangement, and if you let us have a mobile number, should the team finish early we will let you know.

On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 10am.  She is a beast to clean, the linen change etc takes every minute of the hours between departure and new clients arrival, so 10am is strict.  Should the house still be occupied and our entry delayed this may affect the return of the deposit.
